Red band trailers, which the site mainly focuses on, are unique trailers that bear a blood red warning before them (rather than the typical green MPAA warning) that denotes their "R" rating. These unique trailers showcase all of the violence, gore, profanity, and other "explicit" material consistent with the film they are promoting.
